fix: update stale CHECKSUMS on main (#5651) Checksums never came forward after the builder-base bump, so validate-checksums fails on any PR touching these projects. Most values are forward-ported from release-0.26. cloud-provider-aws 1-30..1-34 were stale on both branches, so those take the values the presubmits actually compute. Skipped 11 files whose projects also drifted on GIT_TAG, GOLANG_VERSION, patches or Makefile — those need a real rebuild, not a copy. prometheus stays out too: its presubmit builds on the AL2023 base, so it needs #5630 first. Bump Tinkerbell CRDs to v0.25.0 (#5647)

Bump Bottlerocket to v1.64.0 for 1-33 through 1-36 (#5625) Picks up the registry mirror regression fix in Bottlerocket v1.64.0: https://github.com/bottlerocket-os/bottlerocket/releases/tag/v1.64.0 The regression is specific to containerd v2, so only the affected Kubernetes versions are bumped. 1-30 through 1-32 are unaffected and stay on v1.62.0 rather than taking an unnecessary minor AMI bump. 1-28 (v1.51.0), 1-29 (v1.56.0) and raw-release-version (v1.26.2) are independently pinned and left untouched.
