[SSL] Document ML-DSA support for AOP and COTS (#31540) Adds documentation for using ML-DSA (FIPS 204) post-quantum certificates with Authenticated Origin Pulls and Custom Origin Trust Store. All three FIPS 204 parameter sets (ML-DSA-44, ML-DSA-65, ML-DSA-87) are supported.

Document that DurableObjectId::name is passed through to the object (#1031) `ctx.id.name` is now available inside a Durable Object addressed by name, including in the constructor and alarm handlers, since the runtime passes the name through (cloudflare/workerd#2240). Update the `ObjectId::name` docs to reflect this and defer to the Durable Object ID developer docs for the full list of cases where `name` is `None`. Add test coverage that reads `state.id().name()` in the Durable Object constructor to confirm the name is available before any request is handled.

[SSL] Update encryption mode pages to use 'Visitor' instead of 'Browser' (#31968) Not all TLS clients are browsers, so update language to the more generic 'visitor'.

[SSL] Remove Agentless via proxy endpoints PQC section and references (#32133) Also temporarily remove the Secure Web Gateway diagram and update the client-to-Gateway text to cover only the Cloudflare One Client and Cloudflare IPsec on-ramps.

[SSL] Simplify PQC origin cert commands with -addext and -copy_extensions (#32487)
